International College of Homeland Security (ICHS) -The International College of Homeland Security is a one-stop resource for providing degree, diploma and certificate programs in Homeland Security and Public Safety. With a coalition of over 15 colleges and universities and learning centers, the ICHS program allows the student to study via virtual classroom, distance study and in the program of their choice.
